1. General Information
This Legal Notice governs the access, browsing, and use of the online store located at https://xiomaravargas.com (hereinafter, "the Store"), owned by Xiomara Vargas (hereinafter, "the Owner"). For any inquiries, users can write to contacto.xiomaravargas@gmail.com.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the services of the Store, the user declares to have read and accepted this Legal Notice, as well as the policies that complement it (Privacy Policy and Returns and Exchanges Policy). If the user does not agree with any of these terms, they must refrain from using the Store.
3. Intellectual Property
All contents of the Store—texts, graphics, images, photographs, logos, icons, designs, brands, and software—are the property of the Owner or third parties who have authorized their use, and are protected by the copyright and industrial property regulations in force in Peru (Legislative Decree N.° 822 and Legislative Decree N.° 1075). Their reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, or any other form of exploitation is prohibited without the prior written authorization of the Owner.
4. Use of the Store
The user agrees to use the Store in accordance with the law, good faith, morals, good customs, and public order. Any fraudulent use is expressly prohibited, as is any conduct that may damage, overload, disable, or deteriorate the Store, or prevent its normal use by other users.
5. Products, Prices, and Purchase Conditions
Product prices are expressed in Soles (PEN) and include applicable legal taxes. The Owner reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the price applicable to each purchase will be the one in effect at the time of order confirmation. Product availability is subject to stock. Shipping conditions, delivery times, exchanges, and returns are detailed in the corresponding policies published in the Store.
6. Responsibility
The Owner will not be responsible for damages or losses arising from interruptions, technical errors, connection failures, viruses, or temporary unavailability of the Store that are beyond their reasonable control. The Owner makes their best efforts to keep the information updated and free of errors; however, they do not guarantee the absolute absence of such.
7. Personal Data Protection
The personal data that the user provides through the Store will be processed in accordance with Law N.° 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law, its regulations, and the Store's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Legal Notice.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Law N.° 29571), the Store provides its consumers with a service channel to submit any queries, complaints, or claims related to its products or services. 9. Modifications
The Owner reserves the right to modify this Legal Notice at any time and without prior notice. Modifications will take effect from the moment of their publication in the Store.
10. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Peru. To defend their rights as a consumer, the user can turn to the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Intellectual Property Protection (INDECOPI). Any controversy arising from the access or use of the Store will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent judges and courts of the city of Lima, Peru, without prejudice to the rights recognized by law to the consumer.
